All kidding aside, we work hard to provide you with high quality products. However, we’ve lived on the planet long enough to know nothing is perfect. Not even us. So if by some fluke of nature something is not right with your order, or you receive the wrong product, or heaven forbid, something is missing from your delivery, please contact us immediately. We want to make it right. Please give us as many details as possible, including your order number, your name, and what is wrong with your order.
OR, if you are simply not completely satisfied with your product (again, purely hypothetical, but we have to go there) please contact us promptly, so that you may return the unused product(s).
In the case of an incorrect order, a defective product, or dissatisfaction on your part, we will refund the value of the purchased product(s), plus all shipping (assuming you use only first class postage for returns), once we receive your returned item(s). On the other hand, if your return is due simply to a change of heart on your part, and is not our fault, we humbly request that you pay for all shipping. We will still be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the products you ordered. Please keep in mind, however, that everything must be returned in its original packaging (or similar), thus ensuring nothing is damaged in transit. If your items are damaged while finding their way back to us, we cannot issue you a refund.
How to return a product
First, please contact us to let us know you wish to make a return. We’ll go over the return process with you before you send everything back. That’s the best way to ensure that the items get back to us damage-free and that you get your proper refund.
But in a nutshell, here’s what you’re going to do: First print out our return form and fill it out. You can download our return form here.
Please make sure that the following information is legibly included on your return form:
- The order number
- Your full name
- Your email address associated with the order
- A phone number where we may contact you if necessary
- Detailed description of the reason for your return
Numbers 1 through 4 assists us in promptly processing your refund in the most efficient manner possible. Number 5 helps us to do better next time, especially if we goofed up (which again doesn’t seem likely, but you never know). We will reimburse you for the cost of your first class postage if the problem is our fault.

Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.

Need to cancel an order?
Even though we’re quick at processing orders, it is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will try to help you. If your order has been sent, you may return the products (undamaged), after which you will receive a refund. Your postage, however, will not be refunded in this case.
